On Rough Patches and my Thai Day-to-Day

April 23, 2009

northern Thailand

I’m deep in the middle of a wonderful project — which I’ll tell you about soon — so I haven’t had the time to write a new post today. I would, however, like to show you 2 interviews I gave recently.

Alex Fayle, who writes at Someday Syndrome, interviewed me about motivation and pushing through rough patches.

Jessica from Curious Living interviewed me about my writing and my day-to-day in Thailand.

Take a few minutes to check out the interviews — they asked some great questions and delved into some topics I don’t usually talk about here.

Big thank you to Alex and Jessica!

Great interview! I read the second one (my school blocked the site for the first so I’ll check it out at home). I love hearing (reading) you talk about yourself — I still learn something new every time.

On another note, it was great seeing you last night/earlier today! : )

Great interviews, both the questions and the responses. Expecially enjoyed this comment: “…It’s much healthier to let yourself feel…” Being in the moment of whatever is crucial.

@ Writer Dad – It’s always interesting to read about our different layers — Alex is definitely good at exploring things most of us don’t explore on our own blogs.

@ Caren – Oh, it probably blocked it because of the racy stories I was telling about my college days… :-P It was amazing to ‘see’ you too! Skype works wonders.

@ Trina – That’s something that took me some time to learn… it’s amazing how it transforms the way you react, though. Makes things flow much more organically in life.

@ Richard – The Posse unfolds and expands…!
